Dillos Return & Exchange Policy

We hope you and your little one love your order — but if something’s wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the initial delivery date.
  • Items must be clean, unwashed, and in resellable condition (tags attached).
  • Final sale items (like clearance or limited drops) can’t be returned.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We’ve got you.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out the new item on us (free exchange shipping on your first exchange per order).
  • Just let us know within the 30-day window.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us at info@dillosclothing.com within 7 days of receiving it.
  • We’ll take care of it — no return shipping needed.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email info@dillosclothing.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.
  2. We’ll get back to you within 1 business day with next steps.
  3. You’ll receive a return address and shipping instructions.

A Few Notes

  • Please don’t send back items that have been worn out, washed, or damaged — we’re not able to refund those.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns — we’re not responsible for lost packages.
