Dillos Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you and your little one love your order — but if something’s wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the initial delivery date.
- Items must be clean, unwashed, and in resellable condition (tags attached).
- Final sale items (like clearance or limited drops) can’t be returned.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Exchanges
- Need a different size or color? We’ve got you.
- Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out the new item on us (free exchange shipping on your first exchange per order).
- Just let us know within the 30-day window.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us at info@dillosclothing.com within 7 days of receiving it.
- We’ll take care of it — no return shipping needed.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email info@dillosclothing.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange.
- We’ll get back to you within 1 business day with next steps.
- You’ll receive a return address and shipping instructions.
A Few Notes
- Please don’t send back items that have been worn out, washed, or damaged — we’re not able to refund those.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns — we’re not responsible for lost packages.
